a).  Head to our database menu - http://libguides.css.edu/az.php

b).  Access CINAHL with Full-Text.

c). Login with your network username/password (what you use to access your CSS email).

d).  When the database loads, click on "advanced search" [located under the search box].

e). On the advanced search page, your cursor will be sitting in the upper left hand search box - type in American Journal of Nursing

f).  There is search box to the immediate right that has in it "select a field (optional)" - click on the drop down box arrow and change the setting to "SO publication name"  This will limit any search results to the American Journal of Nursing.

g).  In the second row of search boxes, on the left (directly below the box with American Journal of Nursing) type, in quotes, pilot study - "pilot study"  [this will force those two words to appear in sequence].

h.  Now click on the search button. You should have 9 results. Follow the "check linksource" link to the OVID Nursing Collection to access the full-text.

Happy Thanksgiving.
