Head to our health sciences database menu at: http://libguides.css.edu/az.php?s=126

You could start  with Health Business FULLText Elite. It focus on the management side of health care.

After Health Business, I would try MedLine. Health Business is in one sense a subset of MedLine, which is why I recommended it first. But in MedLine you could pick up journals not covered in Health Business. The problem with MedLine (for us) is that it was created and still maintained for the technical/scientific side of medicine, and it is not its job to be user-friendly for us.

Both of the above databases offer you the option to limit to scholarly/peer-reviewed journal. This is a must if you are looking for research. Hover your cursor over the magnifying glass/file icon with each citation and you should get a pop-up window with the article's abstract. Neither database offers you the option to limit to research only.

If the full-text is immediately available you will see an icon, or a linksource link to lead you to another database. If the text is not available, use the ILL link. We can deliver articles to your CSS email in about 72 hours.

Good luck.
