Here are some resources to get you started –

1.  The Encyclopedia of the First Amendment has an article on campus speech codes. You can get the call number from list – http://libguides.css.edu/content.php?pid=34148&sid=250835

Don’t forget to check the cross reference & bibliography at the end of the article.

2.  Point of View reference center has 40 or so news articles on campus speech issues, including one focused on UMD.

Access here:  http://libguides.css.edu/content.php?pid=167270&sid=1409549

3. SOLAR had a fair amount of hits. But, because SOLAR searches like Google, make sure you are willing to browse through a number of screens worth of results to find the various good stuff.

Access here ("sun" box in left-hand column) - http://libguides.css.edu/CSSlibrary

4.  Two potential print books of interest in our library- https://mplus.mnpals.net/vufind/Search/Results?lookfor=campus+speech&type=AllFields&submit=Find

5 Browse in our academic ebook collection. Among potential titles is … Free Speech in the College Community.

Access at:  http://libguides.css.edu/content.php?pid=219498&sid=1824679

Hope this gets you started.
