Citing in text Harvard law review with author In text online citing commentary ...

Answer

I am going to assume you need help citing this in APA style? I am not sure from your question exactly what you need ... I think it  is to create an in-text citation for an article you found from the Harvard Law Review?

An in-text citation, regardless of what journal it comes from, online or print, has either two or three parts.

If you are paraphrasing, it has two parts - author's name and year the article was published.

Example:

Librarians can't stop laughing at the Harvard Business Review's notice of use restrictions (White, 2015).

or

White mentions time and time again how librarians can't stop laughing at the Harvard Business Review's notice of use restrictions (2015).

If you are using a direct quote, the in-text citation has three parts - author, date, & page number.

Example:

Sometimes at the library's holiday part, if too much punch is consumed, someone will "eventually put a lampshade on their head and recite the notice of use restrictions from the Harvard Business Review" (White, 2015, p. 32.)
