How would I cite this article, American College of Sports Medicine Roundtable on Exercise Guidelines for Cancer Survivors, in APA format?

The link to the full text version is like 10 lines long, could that be correct?

Answer

Without seeing exactly what it is you are citing, I need to be a bit hesitant in answering this. Here are some pointers, though -

a). If you are concerned that the long URL is not the correct URL, then copy and paste it into another browser. If you return to the document then yes, no matter how long it is, it is the correct URL.

b). If the long URL is the correct URL, then you do need to use all of it. The purpose of a citation is to recover the original source, and an incomplete URL will not do that.

c). You will need to manually enter breaks ("hard return" - hold shift key down and hit enter) into the URL in order for it to fit on your reference list properly, i.e. ragged right margin and indented left margin.

d).  In your question you refer to the document as an article, but the rest of the question makes it sound more like a website. If it is a true article, then you do not need to entire URL, just the base URL of the publishers website.
