How do I cite an entry for a drug from Davis's Drug Guide for Rehabilitation Professionals?

As far as I can tell, Ciccone is not given credit as an editor, making him the author even though there are others listed as contributors. The reason I state this is that whether one is an author or an editor makes a difference in regards to how a book is cited.
This is the format for an entry in a reference book with an author (often the entries can have different authors which then requires an overall editor for the book) from p. 202 of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th edition.
Author, A. A., & Author, B. B. (1995). Title of chapter or entry. In A. Editor, B. Editor, & C. Editor (Eds.), In Title of Book (pp. xxx-xxx). Location: Publisher.
With the information that I can find about your book, your citation would look like this.
Ciccone, C. D. (2013). Acetaminophen. In Davis's drug guide for rehabilitation professionals (pp. 9-11). Philadelphia: F. A. Davis.
With this format, in you start citing more than one drug from this guide in your paper, you will have to work your reference list like this ...
Ciccone, C. D. (2013a). Acetaminophen. In Davis's drug guide for rehabilitation professionals (pp. 9-11). Philadelphia: F. A. Davis.

Your are adding letters after the year because when paraphrasing in-text you only use the author's name & the year of publication so you need to make clear to your reader what citation by Ciccone from 2013 you are referring to.
Example:
Some drugs can cause bone pain which may interfere with therapy (Ciccone, 2013c).
