I am referencing one book, however, using it in several locations. Do I reference more than once if one citation has a pg. # and the others do not?

Answer

You would need to reference every direct quote, since they would have unique page numbers that would need to be cited.

When you are paraphrasing in a paragraph, you could get by with one parenthetical reference at the end of the paragraph. Your narrative should make it clear that you are discussing the book author's ideas.
