Choosing where to search will depend on your topic and your assignment. Because Management can overlap a variety of other topics or fields, I suggest choosing the databases to search based on the topic you are researching. This will make it a bit easier. Business Source Ultimate would be a good place to start for business, management, leadership, and other related topics. You will find this database listed on the Articles tab (found on the Library homepage). The link will be in the Best Bets box in the center of the page.

If your topic is medical related, I would suggest also looking at some of the health databases (ex. MedLine, Health Business Elite, etc.). If the topic is about training or education, I would suggest looing at ERIC, which is an education database. If the topic is looking at psychology aspect (ex. behaviors, mental health, etc.), then PsychInfo would be a good one to try.

Finally, SOLAR is our discovery database that allows you to search multiple databases at once. Think of it as being similar to Google but only for CSS Library content. Just be aware that the amount of resources that come up may be very large (just like Google), and limiting may be a bit more difficult.
