Is it possible they don't exist? Which is why they can't be found?

On this page of the Minnesota Board of Nursing, it states this [ https://mn.gov/boards/nursing/laws-and-rules/rules/ ]

  • Nursing practice and discipline (including definitions of monitoring and supervision)

... which supplies a link to the Office of the Minnesota Revisor of Statutes [ https://www.revisor.mn.gov/rules/?id=6321 ]

This is what the Revisor states:  '[Repealed, L 2013 c 31 s 11]"

I also found this on MBN site -

"A Minnesota nursing license is not needed when a person is ….

performing nursing or nursing-related services as a nursing assistant, has been delegated the specific function and is supervised by a registered nurse or monitored by a licensed practical nurse. Supervision and monitoring are defined in MN Rule Part 6321.0100 subparts 2 and 3."

But, again, this takes us back to MN Rule Part 6321.0100 which says "repealed."

So, I am not sure how to proceed. Can you ask your professor for clarification?
