I found an article through GoogleScholar that I want to access. The article is part of the ProQuest database. When I click on the full text version of the article I am instructed to either logon directly to ProQuest or to connect through my library or institution.

The CSS Library does have several ProQuest databases. Since you found the article on Google Scholar and you know the title of the journal, I would suggest that you search the Journals, A to Z list. This database will search across all of our databases to see which databases your journal is located in. Then, you can locate the year and the issue number. Once you click on the correct issue, all articles from that issue will be displayed. Scroll through the list and locate your article.
Please let us know if you have other questions.
