Q. How do I find peer reviewed articles in Organizational Development, specifically transformational change evaluation?

Business Source Ultimate is a good place to start, and, depending on how many articles you need, maybe the only place you need to visit.

So ...

a).  access Business Source Ultimate from our menu of mgt databases - http://libguides.css.edu/az.php?s=134

b). In BSU, toggle from the basic search to the advanced search by clicking on the "advanced search" link below the search box.

c). In the advanced search, in the first search box, in quotes, type transformational change - "transformational change"

d). In the second search box, just below the first, type - evaluation

e).  This should yield 20+ results. Now, in the left hand-column, check the box for "scholarly (peer-reviewed) journals"

f).  This should give you about 18 article to browse through. Some are available as .pdfs, some, if you are interested, you can request through InterLibrary Loan. They would take about 3 business days to be delivered to your CSS email.
