Here are the steps to place a hold on a print book in the CSS Library collection.

a).  In ScholastiCAT, search for the book you want to place a hold on. When you find it, click on the title of the book to bring up its full record.

b). From the full record, sign in to your ScholastiCAT account with the same username and password you use for your CSS email.

c).  Now use the link to "place a hold."

d).  Choose your pick-up location. Either the Scholastica Library or have the book mailed to your home address.

e).  Now hit the send button and enjoy the message telling you that you did it right!

If you are placing a hold on a book that is checked out by another patron, instead of being asked to place a "hold request" you will be asked to create an "Interlibrary loan request." That's OK, go ahead and do it. We will work on getting a copy of the book for you.
