a).  Access World News offers English-language translations of international newspapers. AWN is set to keyword search the text of the articles, so you will probably have better luck (i.e more focused results) if you can decide on a a particular aspect of policy, such as monetary. You will want a combined search, with "Iceland" in one box & your area of interest in a second box - "monetary policy."

AWN is available at: http://www2.css.edu/app/libra7ry/redirect/redirects.cfm?service=Access World News

b).  Expanded Academic ASAP offers an easy to use subject index. In EA ASAP choose the "browse subject" tap. Enter Iceland. You will see in your search results that you are offered the option of subheadings. Choose this. EA ASAP does not necessarily offer international sources, but it does offer quality sources. By using the subheadings you can quickly discover 16 articles on "Iceland - energy policy."

c). Academic Search Premier is our database with the broadest coverage. When you access it, head to the "advanced search." In the first search box enter "Iceland.' Immediately to the right, change the default from "select a field (optional)" to "GE Geographic Terms." In the next search box enter your area of interest, such as "financial crises." Now hit the search button.

Good luck.
