Head to our Databases, A to Z menu and login to Business Source Ultimate - http://libguides.css.edu/az.php
Once you are in BSU ...
a). toggle to the advanced search screen.
b). Enter telecommuting in the search box, and then in the field box to the immediate right, from the drop-down menu, change the default search from Select a Field (optional) to SU Subject.
c). In the second search box, enter productivity.
d.). Click on search. This should give you a set of results of approx. 280.
e). In the left-hand column, in the "Limit to" section, check the box for "scholarly (peer reviewed) journals. Your results will automatically update.
You should have search results in the high 60s. Remember, just because the article is in a peer-reviewed journal does not mean it is research. You will need to look at the titles and read the abstracts to determine if the article is an actual study (Business databases generally do not let you limit to research).
Also consider conducting a similar search in PsychInfo.
